About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure the optimal operation of our healthcare software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in German; proficiency in English is a plus.
