System Engineer

We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join a team developing and maintaining critical Ground Support Systems for advanced aircraft platforms. This role contributes to the preparation and evaluation of mission data libraries, focusing on electronic warfare, defensive aids, and sensor fusion.

The Role

• Analyze avionics system design requirements and develop executable test plans.
• Define and adapt design requirements for mission data generation, including workflow.
• Support test evaluation of system performance in laboratory environments.
• Operate systems and test equipment to evaluate functional and performance against requirements.
• Focus on Electronic Warfare systems (Emitter Location Systems, Anti-radiation missile, Radar Warners) and Test Environment System and Radio Frequency Emitters Simulators.
• Contribute as a strong team player with an independent working method and high-quality awareness.

What You'll Need

• Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or Telecommunication.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, IT/Information Systems, or Aerospace.
• Knowledge of systems/software engineering lifecycle and experience in all phases.
• Experience in self-defensive systems, radar systems, electronic support systems, and Electronic Warfare principles.
• Proficiency with different test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, RF signal generator).
• Experience with MS-Office, Doors, Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian software development.
• Fluency in both English and German is required.
