Teamcenter Developer

Teamcenter Technical Functional Consultant / Developer We are supporting a client in Germany seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to support the design, implementation and optimisation of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions within complex engineering and manufacturing environments.

This role sits at the intersection of business, engineering and IT, translating operational and product lifecycle requirements into effective Teamcenter configurations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional lead for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements Gather, analyse and document business requirements across engineering, manufacturing and product teams

Design and configure Teamcenter workflows, data models and lifecycle processes

Advise stakeholders on PLM best practices and process optimisation

Support solution design, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities

Collaborate closely with technical and integration teams

Provide user training, documentation and functional support

Required Experience & Skills

Strong functional experience with Siemens Teamcenter

Solid understanding of PLM processes (BOM, change management, document management, product data)

Experience working in engineering / manufacturing / industrial environments

Ability to engage confidently with business and technical stakeholders

Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

Experience with regulated or large enterprise environments

Exposure to integrations with ERP or MES systems (e.g. SAP)

Prior involvement in global or multi-site PLM rollouts
