Technical Support Engineer – Germany
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers across Germany in the surveying and construction equipment sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers in Germany
- Perform equipment installation, testing, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting
- Deliver customer training and prepare German-language manuals, videos, and documentation
- Collect user feedback and coordinate with HQ for continuous product improvement
- Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs
- Assist the Sales Manager during customer visits and product certification processes
- German national, fluent in German and English
- 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer / FAE, preferably in surveying or construction equipment
- Strong hands-on technical capability and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for field service
- Valid drivers license required
