Test Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Responsible for system-level support of complex defense systems, from customer requirements to deployment.
• Develop and execute test and proof programs for sophisticated systems.
• Analyze test results, evaluate data, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Adapt and enhance system-specific measurement requirements and act as a system operator during tests and demonstrations.
• Provide technical representation for clients and subcontractors across multiple locations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science; prior professional experience is a plus.
• Technical training in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using data acquisition and analysis systems.
• Experience operating defense systems.
• Self-directed and responsible work ethic with strong analytical skills and technical understanding.
• Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally for system and component testing.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
