We are a remote first team crafting an AI-driven matching algorithm for internships. Join us to ship faster, learn constantly and shape how students and companies find the right fit.

  • *Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of our Matching Algorithm
  • Implement small-to-medium product features and bug fixes in our modern JavaScript codebase.
  • Work with Supabase to keep data models, queries, and auth flows clean and maintainable.
  • Support deployments on Vercel (preview deployments, env vars, lightweight troubleshooting).
  • Collaborate via GitHub: branching, pull requests, and code review.
  • *Qualifications
  • Exceptionally strong analytical thinking and structured communication.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership.
  • JavaScript experience with willingness to learn quickly.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Vercel, Supabase, and Git/GitHub.
  • Ability to connect product work to user value, growth, and operational constraints.
  • Language: German strongly preferred; English working proficiency.
  • *Nice to have:
  • TypeScript, React, or Next.js experience.
  • SQL confidence for querying and debugging data issues.
  • Exposure to product analytics, dashboards, or experimentation.
  • Prior work in startups, consulting, or high-output student organizations.
  • Interest in matching systems, marketplaces, or responsible AI
