• Provided design feedback during design critique sessions and research alignment meetings.
• Created research study guides for complex usability tests and user interviews in collaboration with Product Design.
• Conducted user interviews for qualitative research, lead debrief sessions, and supported note-taking.
• Created engaging stakeholder insight presentations to share the research setup, insights, and recommendations (audience including Product Design, Product Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Customer Care and the founders)
• Generated qualitative and quantitative research insights & organised them using Dovetail (transcript tagging, affinity mapping, writing insights, organising insight fields and Dovetail projects)
• Analysed team’s needs and designed a process for participant management and rotation within Airtable. Organised participant data and created internal management processes to improve the researcher’s experience.
• Gathered requirements, designed and reviewed the screeners for expansion of the customer panel in collaboration with stakeholders (UXR, Product Designers). Worked with the CRM team to design and launch the screener newsletter.
• Expanded internal customer panel for UX Research from 200 to 1600 participants and created a recruitment strategy to ensure high quality participants for both qualitative and quantitative studies. Automated 80% of the recruitment process for qualitative research by introducing Zapier to lower recruitment effort.
• Created guides for UX Research best practices and UXR Ops process documentation.

• Contributed to design of patterns for the design pattern library by ideating possible solutions and feedback
• Created design documentation for reusable patterns including documentation regarding layout, visual and functional specifications and use cases.
• Conducted and shared research of best practices regarding pattern design to support Product Designers in definition of standards for reusable patterns.
