- Deep understanding of the OSI protocol structure, with experience debugging, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced protocols, including UMTS (3GPP), DWDM, and SDH optical transmission systems.
- Proficient in TTCN-2/ASN.1 for protocol stack integration, testing, and validation, with hands-on expertise in Layer 1, 2, and 3 UMTS systems.
- Managed design history files (DHF), applied standards lists, and technical documentation for wireless components, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory and safety requirements.
- Contributed to international standards development as a reviewer and contributor for the 3GPP (TSG-T1) standards group, focusing on protocol verification and compliance validation.
