• Optimized delivery organization of almost 50 people in Germany through sharpening focus talents and quality of delivery. 
• Running crossdisciplinarity and international engagements with solution delivery coming from different pillars of Devoteam
• Defined the strategy and roll out of the development and AI tools, such as GitHub, Copilot for GitHub, M 365 Copilot for 1500 employees
