I am 27 years old and have worked in South Africa most of my life. I have graduated as Graduate of the Year from Capsicum Culinary Studio with a Diploma in Patisserie. I love cooking and baking since a young age and love exploring and learning new recipes and techniques.
I work extremely well in team-oriented environments and work in synergy with others.
I have worked for high end Restaurants such as Cassia at Nitida Wine Farm and Nobu Restaurant In Cape Town and have had the pleasure of working at the One & Only Resort and Spa in Cape Town as a pastry chef.
