In my nine years experience as a UX/Product designer I have loved finding the right problems to solve, understanding those problems from a user and business perspective and imagining, prototyping and testing solutions which balance investment with value.

I spent the last three years working as the single designer on their data analysis application. I played a major role in taking the application from its developer designed beginnings, to an intuitive, user friendly, clean designed success for the company. I did this through:

● Customer research and user testing and usability reports

● Evaluation of potential opportunities and PM suggested solutions

● Creation and testing of concepts: wireframes through to finalised visual design

● Iterative planning and developer handovers

I am a proponent of the product thinking mindset and passionate about creating space for understanding and empathy with users.

Over my nine year career, my two biggest takeaways are; Create spaces to listen to, users, your team and the business, and ‘work incrementally’ to get done what you can with what you have and validate the impact.

I look forward to using my skills in my next challenge.
