As a high qualified senior commercial executive with more than 25 years’ experience and a deep understanding of the international sales management processes in different industries like contstruction, chemistry or Software, I am looking for a new opportunity.
During the last 30 years of my business live, I have developed many important skills while holding several positions serving as Market Development Manager – EMEA (e.g., developing sales and marketing strategies), to Regional Account Manager MEA (e.g. executing strategies and P&L of 44 Mio € turnover) over serving many years as CEO In my own founded company.
Leadership, developing teams and executing strategies – like “Winning with Customers” or strategic market development and segmentation in a matrix organization was my daily business.
My philosophy is always to understand the business of my customers, as well or better, than they do by themselves. I am a good listener and communicator on C-Level, equal of the cultural background or heritage.
