Business In about 15 years of time, I experienced business development in many forms. From prospection to sales, I learnt how to bring the best customer experience to different partners, from distributors to OEM and ODM, and to final clients as local and regional companies or multinational organizations. I built new business opportunities in different fields of activity, from contract research programs to beauty products commercialization.
Along the years, I promoted solutions for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, flavors & fragrances, food or agrochemical applications, and sold cosmetic active ingredients.
Management I have managed for several years multidisciplinary research teams composed of PhD, engineers and senior technicians (16 to 20 people), skilled in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology and fermentation. I was for a few years a member of the executive committee and/or the scientific management committee of my company, where I was strongly involved in the strategy and policy of the company.
Research Sixteen years of experience in research and development in chemistry and industrial biotechnology for applications in fine chemistry, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, flavors and fragrances, specialty chemicals, agrochemistry and defense. I have led more than 50 R&D industrial projects, most of them involving international interactions and with major players in their field of activity. Among them, a dozen projects were developed at commercial scale.
Main expertise was to provide innovative technological solutions in the field of green and sustainable chemistry (chemo-enzymatic synthesis routes) for industrial applications. I’m the author of over 25 scientific publications, book chapters and patents, and was an invited speaker at a high number of international conferences related to green chemistry, biocatalysis, industrial biotechnology or skin microbiome.
