I am looking for an opportunity where I can combine my communication skills, problem solving mindset, and passion for helping people while continuing to grow professionally. As an active gamer I understand the importance of a positive customer experience and how frustrating technical or account related issues can be. I am comfortable working independently in a remote environment, learning new tools quickly, and providing friendly and professional support through chat, email, or phone.

I have experience in customer facing roles across several industries, including customer support, retail, hospitality, and childcare. For approximately one year, I worked in customer support, assisting customers via phone and helping resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. In addition, I have worked in a bakery, a dry cleaning business, bars, and a kindergarten.

These roles strengthened my communication skills, patience, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to providing excellent service. Through daily interactions with customers and clients, I learned how to handle a wide range of situations in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented manner.

I am comfortable working independently, learning new systems, and supporting customers through clear and empathetic communication.
