Eugene Oboh

I completed my masters in Marine Biology and built a Biofilm-Grazer model to understand the effects of nutrients, light and grazers on the spatio-temporal development of biofilms. I have acquired skills in building agent-based models, using python programming, data analysis using python libraries and snakemake for reproducible research.
