Fernando Lemos

Graduated in Law since 1997, I have worked on thousands of lawsuits, solving the most diverse and complex legal disputes. Always with my own office, I faced all the initial difficulties to enter the highly competitive job market and I have legal authorization to work both in Brazil and in Portugal. I have experience working and studying abroad, especially Canada and the United States, and I currently live in Germany.

This experience made me acquire proficiency in English, French, Spanish at an advanced and beginner level in German. The knowledge of legal instruments and the experience acquired abroad have added to me great adaptability, flexibility, tolerance and initiative, in order to use these tools to seek new challenges and solutions in the work environment.

Law firm in the labor, commercial and civil areas, acting in the litigation and preventive areas, acting before all existing instances in Brazil. Among the most frequent tasks were legal advice to clients, audiences, preparation of petitions and appeals, formalization of conciliation agreements and credit recovery, as well as:

• Careful preparation of all legal documents for presentation before courts of law;
• Acting as a mediator and preventive consultancy;
• Careful research and study on practical issues and their legal framework;
• Plead before the different law courts, either civil, labor, marital or other branches of law
•  Mastery of bureaucratic and IT tools;
• Preparation of opinions and response to queries.
