Firas Guediri

I am currently finishing my master's thesis at TUM, where I also completed my bachelor's degree. Originally from Tunisia, I now live in Munich.

During my bachelor's thesis, I focused on anomaly detection in object recognition models using architectures like Faster R-CNN and YOLO. I began my professional career as a student employee at Infineon, where I developed and deployed models for detecting diodes in PCBs. After this, I completed a research internship on hardware-aware neural architecture search, optimizing neural networks for edge devices.

I then took on another student position, working specifically on neural network compression and deployment. Currently, I am finalizing my master’s thesis in the same field.

I am completing my master’s thesis at TUM, where my research focuses on neural architecture search and network compression. I also completed my bachelor's degree at TUM, where I gained foundational knowledge in computer vision and machine learning.
