Francisco Guglielmino

I am Francisco, a freelance bartender, server, and graphic designer. My experience in both bartending and graphic design has spanned four years throughout Boston, Buenos Aires, and now Berlin. I am Argentine-American, an Italian citizen, and have been living here since July 2023 and working in a variety of gastronomical as well as creative spaces.

I currently work as a minijobber at Velvet Bar, one of the highest-ranked bars in Germany, and as a freelance bartender/server for different events. My previous roles have involved extensive communication with kitchen, bar, and floor teams to ensure smooth service flow; and I’ve learned the importance of keeping the mood positive while balancing efficiency with guest engagement.

Additionally, I have worked as a freelance graphic designer for seven years, collaborating with brands and creatives across the United States, Argentina, Germany, Spain, Mexico, and more. My design portfolio includes visual identities and branding, promotional and advertising design, album artworks, editorial design for magazines and books, and web design.
