With a strong focus on Human Resources, I manage personnel administration, and employment law across several European countries (AT, DE, FI, DK, NL).
I manage employment contracts, support payroll processes, advise on labor law–related questions, and act as the main point of contact for employees on HR topics. I also coordinate offboarding, maintain HR data, and ensure compliance in day-to-day operations.
