Already my childhood, I understood that the work of my life it would have been the cook. I understood this whatching my grandma while maked fresh pasta or napolitan ragù souce, or watching my dad while cooked delicious plate like spaghetti with claims or traditional and typical food of territory like dried tomatoes, or cured meats like pancetta,guanciale. Of they i took all passion and all love for the kitchen, because for me the food isnt only normal meal that you eat, for me the food is passion, the food is an force that unites the family,

for me is food is love.
