As a Bioprocess Engineering Intern at Koralo Foods GmbH, I optimized mycelial fermentation processes for alternative protein production, managed sterile environments, and performed upstream experiment design. At Planet A Foods, I worked on bioprocessing yeast to produce cocoa butter alternatives, gaining valuable skills in bio-bench reactors and sample analysis.
