With hands-on experience across various biotechnology and bioprocess roles, I have developed strong expertise in sustainable production, pilot-scale fermentation, and downstream processing. As a Bioprocess Engineering Intern at Koralo Foods GmbH, I optimized mycelial fermentation processes for alternative protein production, managed sterile environments, and performed upstream experiment design. At Planet A Foods, I worked on bioprocessing yeast to produce cocoa butter alternatives, gaining valuable skills in bio-bench reactors and sample analysis.

In previous roles, I contributed to pharmaceutical quality control, data curation for biotechnology research, and developed experience with chromatography and microbiological techniques.

I hold a Master’s degree in Chemical Biotechnology from the Technical University of Munich, where I focused on advanced bioprocessing techniques and sustainable production methods. My Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Acharya Institute of Technology provided a solid foundation in biotechnology and process engineering. Throughout my studies, I engaged in research projects, including the development of a cancer detection kit using PVA-based biopolymers, and presented papers on emerging topics in biotechnology.
