I love personal growth and new challenges. I don't like to sell myself. So, here are a few points that describe my career:

• I took my first leadership role when I was 22. It felt very natural to slide into that position.
• When I accepted my job as laboratory manager at PlusDental, I thought at the beginning that no B2C model in that way would be possible in the German dentistry. But it sounded like a great challenge, so I said yes.
• I am truly grateful for my time at PD, as I was able to experience various possible phases of a start-up. From hyper growth, entering new markets, till the exit.
• One of my hobbies is blogging. I used to write poetry, but now I try to reflect more and help others with my thoughts.
