As a consultant I had the opportunity to support a number of interesting long term projects in the Middle East. Bringing together expertise from around the world to launch and build awareness for some of the biggest brands. The most rewarding project was the complete relaunch of the Red Crescent (read Red Cross) which called for a complete strategic and structural overhaul, development of a new brand, right through to the sourcing of emergency vehicles and recruiting of training staff.
