IT Analys with 7.8 years of experience in the Automotive CAE Domain, understanding the functionality of different sub-systems and major components. Experienced in meshing and connection of various automotive sub-systems of full vehicles for various analyses such as Safety, Crash, VRU, 201U & Durability. Good experience in understanding the GMNA, HONDA, and FORD-specific processes and methodology.
Observing project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements;
sequencing projects.
● Read and understand the Build Plans mentioned in various resources like SOR, Emails.
● Studying the CAD data and Assigning the cad to team members for Meshing.
● Coordinating with the team members to create and ensure High-quality FE models for SAFETY, VRU &
201U-specific requirements.
● Understanding & Resolving queries and raising the same in order to get the appropriate answers from the clients.
● Cross-checking the assembly parts with respect to their individual drawings to ensure the correct drawing details and material information & specifications.
● Reviewing the mesh, assigning Material as per cad for all the parts, and integrating as per connection data.
● Reviewing Models and performing all the necessary quality checks as per the client’s standard check sheet before delivery.
