Hello,
I'd like to introduce myself as a person who has been always very attracted to food, and later in life, that led me to have gathered experience working in different gastronomical environments while educating myself within sustainability further. From high-class hotels, to smaller cafeterias, and fast-paced restaurants is my range of work experience. Both Front of House and Back of House.
I do bring to the workplace my easygoingness, enthusiasm for the work being done at its possible's best, while providing a warmth service at the highest standard. I'm particularly interested in fine foods, their origin and history, and how they interact with our realities.
