Undergraduate Thesis: Cytometry Gating Web Interface

As a software developer, I played a significant role in the development of a web interface for a cytometry gating tool. My work included designing and implementing the front-end user interface using JavaScript and React, as well as integrating it with the back-end system using Ruby on Rails.

I was also responsible for ensuring that the web interface was user-friendly and intuitive, with a focus on ease of use and efficiency. I worked closely with the design team to ensure that the interface was visually appealing, and with the quality assurance team to ensure that it met all functional and performance requirements.

Overall, my experience working on the cytometry gating web interface allowed me to develop my skills in web development and hone my ability to work on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

My coursework has included programming in languages such as Java and C++, and I have also gained experience working with HTML/CSS. In addition, I have completed several personal projects that have allowed me to develop my skills in frontend development using JavaScript and React.
