Previously, I was responsible for the global padel product line at Wilson Sporting Goods, where I led product development from concept to launch – with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and performance. In my role as Category Manager Racket EMEA, I managed strategic portfolio planning, pricing, and market launches tailored to regional needs. Earlier, as Sports Marketing Manager Racket EMEA, I led an international team, executed grassroots campaigns, and activated partnerships to strengthen brand presence across Europe.
I started my career in business analysis and product marketing, where I built a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. My experience across both global corporations and high-profile sporting events has shaped me into a versatile, strategic, and hands-on professional.
I hold a Diploma in Sport Science with a focus on Economy & Management from the Technical University of Munich, as well as a Master’s degree in International Marketing & Brand Management from Lund University, Sweden.
