Ich bin Künstler und entwickele selbständige Projekte, wo ich an alle Aspekte der künstlerische Produktion beteiligt bin.
Ich arbeite auch gern für andere Projekte und Firmen, als Produzent (allgemein Projektmanagement, Fundraising, Marketing, Ticketingsystem), Pädagog, Performer.
As a choreographer, performer, dance educator and producer, Jo explores the friction between contemporary dance and various forms of art and knowledge, from New Circus to scientific research.
His last projects form a series: körpermaschine, investigating man/machine ecosystems. In 2021 he opened the Neuwerder Biennale dancing with a tractor, and benefited from a residency in the construction site of the Humboldt Forum and was invited for a publication and a residency by MMPraxis. In 2023 he is producing the 5th chapter of körpermaschine, supported by the Berliner Senat and GSE gGmbH.
As a producer he funded and ran 2 non-profits in Germany (Leipzig Tanzt e.V. / Zukunst e.V.) and built a 10 years experience in managing online and on-site ticketing systems for hundreds museums, theaters, amusement parcs across Europe (Mercedes Benz Museum, Fondation Louis Vuitton - Paris, MuCEM - Marseille, Worlds of Adventure - Dubai,…).
In 2022 he graduated from the HZT Master in Choreography, with the support of a Deutschlandstipendium and a DAAD scholarship.
