• Cashflow modeled and started implementing a multi-year Private Equity waterfall investment schedule which seeks to minimize concentration risk around specific strategies as well as create diversification across vintages.
• Built an internal Fund of Hedge Funds portfolio by leveraging the best offerings of all counterparty relations. The portfolio consisted of 20 names with strong track records and risk adjusted returns with an aggregate 20 fund portfolio sharp ratio over 2.0.
• Established a 360 Family Office Framework, which consists of the investment policy, risk management and liquidity guidelines, future succession planning, creation of tax efficient investment vehicles, the communication framework around private banks and other financial institutions.
