Karla Armijo

I am from Peru and I have more than seven years of experience as a consultant for SuccessFactors implementations, I got to know from basic implementation to incredibly complicated with a lot of integrations work. But I also love to learn and understand people that is why I studied a Master in Anthropology in Peru and now I am following with another Master in Anthropology in Bonn. I love the way how different disciplines and profiles can work together and I am always learning new ways to understand better.

I have a broad knowledge and certifications in different fields. My primary professional experience is as a SuccessFactors consultant I know a lot about all the modules that SuccessFactors offers, and I am also certified in five of them (Succession, Career Development Planning, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Employee Central).

I have experience implementing and supporting SFSF. Mostly the talented modules like performance, succession, and development modules for almost seven years to a broad range of international companies and sectors such as manufacturing, banking, retail, and mass consumption.

I have studied Administration and Marketing, those are my Bachelor's degrees. And my focus has been Human Resources. However, I wanted to learn more about human nature, that's why I took a master's in Anthropology in Peru, I love the theory and the insights it gives me, for my personal and professional work, that's why I am studying for a master's in Anthropology at the University of Bonn.

That's one of my many interests; I love learning and understanding different problems from different perspectives, and my focus is highly interdisciplinary. Finally, I have a course in professional Photography that will finish by the end of this year.
