In my roles I am primarily responsible for the timely internal processing of payroll for the German branch. My main tasks include the creation, maintenance, and analysis of all HR key performance indicators (KPIs). Based on this analysis, measures are designed for further implementation.
Thanks to my excellent communication skills, I am able to work out strategies for personnel development with several stakeholders In addition to analysis and strategy activities, I support the implementation of new HRIS in areas such as travel expense management, time recording, and payroll. In my current role, I serve as a supervisor overseeing a colleague responsible for travel and time management.
