- 17+ years of experience in full stack application development, including back-end development, UX design, mobile development, web automation and application maintenance.
- Proficiency in end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, design, implementation, QA testing, product documentation, and release engineering.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles, data structures, high-level and low-level design, and the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-grade software.
- Expertise in designing and implementing core components of enterprise-grade applications,
including architecture, integration, customization, administration, and containerization.
- Collaborate with leadership team & product management to define the technical roadmap
that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Mentor engineers, drives hiring, oversee project / sprint progress, ensures code quality and
aligns technical strategies with business goals.
