Kyra Hermann

I believe that the drivers of excellence at work lie in a curiosity for expanding knowledge, being humble and developing a passion for the industry, while helping others around me succeed - that is what I am striving for in my career.

I would describe myself as motivated and eager to learn. Furthermore, I consider myself a team player with the ability to work efficiently and be flexible. I enjoy leading teams, but at the same time am able to adapt to structures and processes.

I constantly strive to think outside the box, trying to find creative solutions to problems at hand. My internships allowed me to take on responsibility. I am currently enjoying the privilege of gathering experience in the luxury industry at Montblanc, where I will continue my journey as a Junior Product Manager starting in June.

In my career I hope to empower others, introduce innovative solutions and take on responsibilities to lead teams to success.
