- Developed expertise in global crypto regulations (e.g., SEC, MiCA, FCA), led regulatory due diligence on crypto projects and worked closely with portfolio companies to navigate complex compliance challenges.
- Oversaw a massive portfolio of 150+ investments across multiple jurisdictions. Ensured Cyber Fund's rights were protected during all corporate actions such as follow-on financing rounds, exits, secondary sales, token issuances, restructurings, liquidations, SAFE conversions, and similar corporate actions.
