After various management and consultancy jobs, since 2024 I have been with Systea, a Northern German manufacturer of sub-structure systems for facades, as Head of Supply Chain. A management job that I really enjoy because of its interdisciplinary nature, ranging from purchasing to customer management and production control, combined with the leadership of the associated teams. During my most recent consultancy assignments – and especially during my one-year stay in Nigeria – I have been inspired more than ever by young, dynamic business environments.

Social developments that lead to market movements with little standstill. Automation with the help of new technologies. Designing, changing and optimizing lean processes. These have been professional topics that have shaped me since I studied industrial engineering.

I feel comfortable in an open-minded, innovative corporate environment with movement instead of stagnation and employees with the right mindset. I am a manager who listens, thinks through and who is highly capable of driving and shaping his area of responsibility in close communication with the board.
