Operations Assistant

Stilnest is a sustainable retail jewelry brand that specializes in producing made-to-order jewelry.

• Perform daily operations: Monitor sales orders; create stock and new product availability in the ERP system. Investigate and report interface errors.
• Work closely with the production partners and other teams to ensure that customer demand will be fulfilled on time.
• Accomplish administrative duties such as writing standard operating procedures, preparing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint materials for regular meetings.
