Mansi Kondekar

Hello, My name is Mansi Kondekar. I have completed my Bachelor’s in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and now currently I am a Master’s in International Technology Transfer Management student in Berlin.

I did my internship at Inbitech Solution, India in 2022, where I got experience working in Agile and CRM. I also learned to work in cross-functional teams and multitask on different projects. What I love about Project Management is how we collaboratively can transform customer needs/ vision into a product. Working with different people and different projects. And what I find the most fascinating is how never two projects are alike, every project is unique, and how it teaches you something new
