I´ve done a four weeks course for bartending at European Bartender School (EBS) in Kos, Greece. i had to learn 66 cocktails and learn the History about the diffrent kind of Spirits and how they are produced. also learned a little bit of flair, how to free pour. I do not have any other expierience behind the bar, but the course showed me alot of routines which are used in real life.

as for stress resistance, ive worked for almost three years in a retail store, which also had a post office inside. ive worked in both, and the people werent nice. i dont mind stress infront of customers.
