Salesforce Sales and Service for a Gym (05/2020 - 08/2021)

• Create custom objects Agency and Plan, create multiple custom fields, and add record types physical and virtual to Agency. 
• Manage Emails and templates to send for different subscription plans (configure custom settings for each scenario). 
• Calendar tasks automation: Monthly Scheduled Trigger that runs and creates the tasks to remember Sales Rep to visit gym Agencies. 
• Create Reports and Dashboards on Sales Homepage to show gross revenue from sales grouped by Agency and sent by email monthly. 
• Create an Approval Process for Managers validate the customer refunds if canceled subscriptions.
• Provide Security controllers to users by using OWD settings, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings. 
• Deactivate, Freeze, Unlock, Reset passwords and change user settings, accordingly. 
• Creation and configuration of record types, page layouts, compact layouts, and search layouts for desktop and mobile for each Gym Agency. 
• Track issues faced by customers using Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case, organize them (question, complaint, and suggestion), and create Case Assignment Rules to assign them to the correct Queue. 
• Create a Validation Rule to ensure that when a case is duplicated is mandatory to insert the parent Case. 
• Setup and help create Agent Knowledge Articles.
