Implemented account based marketing (ABM) to ensure our spend and efforts are being used effectively and efficiently. Accomplished this by defining our ideal customer profile (|CP), building customer personas, investing in lead prospecting software with lead scoring and buying intent (apollo.io), creating highly targeted audiences, and building ustomer journeys for each (ads, automated email, 1:1 outreach, demo environments, remarketing, and content for every part of the buyer's journey)
