My task was to increase the basket size and to make sure about the KPI. My role was to create interior displays, to promote products in line with corporate sales objectives, to follow the sales history of the products. Promote the seasonal products and trends, to promote the movement of stock.

Helping the customer to find their style or to give advice. My goal was to meet customer requirements and improve the sales ranking. Being a Manager, I own the ability and knowledge in VM because this was also my priority.
