Mohd Tariq

As a master's student in Information and Communications Engineering at Berlin University of Applied Sciences (BHT), I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge in network Design, Deployment, and Customer Support.

I have over seven years of experience as an Associate Engineer at BT, where I planned and designed the new FTTH network to provide high-speed broadband services to customers across the UK. I utilized GIS and CAD tools to ensure optimal placement of fibre optic infrastructure, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate various data sources into GIS applications. I also have one year of experience as a Technical Support Executive at Tata Business Support Services Limited, where I diagnosed and resolved network-related issues for customers, and documented and tracked customer interactions in a CRM system.

I have strong customer relationship management and communication skills, and I am eager to contribute to the growth and success of an innovative and customer-centric organization.
