Responsible for an end-to-end recruiting process (from sourcing and hiring intakes to offer stage and negotiations) in a fast-paced environment. Support stakeholders to streamline processes shape the employer branding, ensure an amazing candidate experience and make the best hiring decisions. Improve the recruitment processes as well as develop meaningful, creative, and wellthought-out recruiting strategies.
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and propose creative solutions with the team's support. Direct contact with potential candidates via various portals and social media channels e.g, LinkedIn, Xing, Indeed etc Monitor and maintain the company’s ATS/E-recruitment platform and make sure all data is up-to-date Work with hiring managers and teams to develop effective solutions for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and filling positions.
