Nicolas Caicedo

Currently, I'm finishing my studies in Digital Business and Data Science at UE. Aside from that, I'm doing some personal projects, learning AI Agents, and properly using workflows and creating Data Dashboards for different companies who requires my services.

I've been working in different niches with different companies. But everything comes around to deliver a great customer experience and a resolution to problems. Being a customer experience agent, a support analyst, and involved in the creation of KPI's and a new quality team.

I'm actively studying Digital Business and Data Science at the University of Europe, located in Potsdam, near Berlin. I've been part of different volunteer programs, and right now I'm involved with the Student Council as well as the peer leader program, which welcomes new people from different countries to the University and helps them get involved with the country and new ways of living.
