My experiences in the MENA region and my work at development, research, and charity organizations have given me a unique insight into nurturing and developing relationships between political and religious actors at civil society and governmental levels within the Israeli-Palestinian framework, as well as the ability to conduct sophisticated research and assist in facilitating high-level meetings.
At my most recent role as the Middle East Programme Officer at Forward Thinking, I delivered projects that promote a more inclusive peace process through dialogue with key Israeli and Palestinian stakeholders and political/religious leaders who previously had been unengaged. Previous professional experience includes business development, development work, data analysis, fundraising, public policy research, and water resource management.
I am a hardworking, highly motivated, creative thinker and enormously impact-driven and cause-related, firmly aiming to improve people’s lives. To me, emotional intelligence is the key factor in conflict resolution to overcome abysmal fronts between opposing parties and create an environment through dialogue that allows, first and foremost, an encounter on a human level.
