Highly experienced executive with 24 years of professional expertise in marketing, product realization, manufacturing & services management in an aerospace company with MBA (International Business) from IU Berlin and BE (Electronics) from MNREC Allahabad. Seeking a challenging assignment in manufacturing/ production management with a growth-oriented organization where professional and personal skills can be utilized and developed to the highest extent.
I have led teams of up to 50 highly specialized and experienced technicians and met the production targets for 10 financial years. During my tenure in production management, I not only established 15 new units but trained over 20 technicians for deployment within three years. As such, I am readily able to assess the needs of a department as well as the team, devising strategies to ensure success within a given timeframe while always keeping an eye on the big picture. Using No-blame Principle’ and creating a family-like ambiance, I made many improvements in production and implemented the Lean Concept for which I was appreciated and awarded as a pioneer of change/ improvement. In addition, I have also worked in Design & Development, Projects, and Marketing, where I have interacted with international organizations as a customer as well as a marketer.
