Some of my experiences

• As an executive in the Sanawara group of Companies, I was in charge of a team of 10 people at the Dhaka trade fair. I had to keep track of inventory, analyze sales data, and create a plan based on the findings. Under my leadership, our team was able to achieve 12% more sales than the previous year.
• During the time of the promotional campaign of Powder milk, I had to collect data from brand promotors, based on the data I had to strategize a plan to ensure the seamlessness of the supply chain. In terms of powder milk, my contribution increased the profit by 5%.
