I have a degree in Computer Science at PUC (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul) one of the most prestigious universities in Brasil and have more then 25 years of experience working as IT specialist for Creative Markets. Mainly in Customer Support, Helpdesk and Managing Support Team.

Over several years, I developed activities for different customers, whether local or multinational advertising companies as Casino Group, McCann, JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas and others.

I started as an Apple Macintosh consultant and quickly became one of the first Adobe Photoshop specialist in Brazil and collaborate as a columnist for the most important technical print magazine in Brazil, the Publish Magazine.

I also create the first Color Management System (CompuColor) specially designed for advertising agencies working with Canon and Xerox printers to get the best result possible in color printing.

In the last years I migrate from Apple Consulting to be an IT Operations Manager working and leading IT Teams for my customers.
