Experienced Metrologist and Quality Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the critical techno-analytical domain. My knowledge and experience in mechanical, electrical, and automation industries allow me to understand, plan, analyze and improve complex testing processes. Skilled in Quality Management, ISO 17025 Standards, Calibration banding with Research and Development (R&D), and designing and testing new measuring instrumentation for grading diamonds.

• Project Leader for new device testing, risk analysis, implementation, and predictive performance analysis.
• Work with Global Metrologists to maintain and troubleshoot Spectroscopy,3D measuring, and other analytical instrumentation.

• Lead a team of Metrologists to maintain and track Instrument quality at various GIA lab locations.
• Participates in and coordinates CI initiatives, Lean Manufacturing, Problem-Solving, Kaizen events, and other improvement activities.
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis using DMAIC, 8D, and PDCA approach.
• Management representative for ISO 17025 quality audits and work as an internal auditor within the organization.
