I am a finance executive with over 15 years of international experience in controlling, corporate finance, accounting, and auditing, having worked across Europe and China. I bring a combined perspective from both consulting and line management, allowing me to drive performance improvements and financial transformation across diverse organizations and industries.

My core strength lies in optimizing financial processes, building effective reporting structures, and aligning finance functions with strategic goals. I have successfully led cash flow and working capital initiatives, implemented multi-level contribution margin accounting, and supported carve-outs, digital finance transformations, and restructuring mandates.

Fluent in German and English, with advanced knowledge of Chinese and Finnish, I’m adept at navigating cross-cultural environments and managing stakeholders from C-level to operational teams.
